These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the perawin platform and all related services. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with perawin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on perawin — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no currency conversion steps and no foreign exchange fees applied to your account balance. Deposits are credited to your perawin account once the transaction has been confirmed through the relevant local payment channel. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of each transaction. perawin does not accept third-party payments: deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to the registered account holder, and withdrawals will only be sent to a verified account in the same name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before the first payout is processed. perawin's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, underage access, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive conduct toward support staff or other users, use of prohibited software, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
